WOC attendees had the opportunity to tour the Hoover Dam and newly opened The Mike O'Callaghan – Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge. It is the first concrete-steel composite arch bridge built in the United States, and includes the longest concrete arch in the Western Hemisphere. from Wikipedia
