Aggregate Technologies’
highway division performs full depth sawing & lifting of
concrete panels. Our technique provides minimal spalling
of concrete edges and does not disturb the sub-grade;
which allows quick repair times of failed concrete.

Highway Division machine:
- lifts concrete that
has been sawed full depth
- lifts slabs of any
thickness
- lifts slabs more
efficiently than fork lifts or cranes due to the four
hydraulic cylinders and is safer because there are no
cables
- lifts one corner of
the slab at a time or all corners at same time - this
provides spall-free lifting of the concrete slabs

After the machine lifts
the concrete from the road or slab, it walks the slab
out of the way and lifts the next slab. Each machine can
remove a slab every 2 minutes due to the easy set up.
Full depth saw and removal jobs are no match for this
machine. We have several of these machines
in our fleet, and they are fabricated in our shop along
with our other specialty equipment.
