Brokk Robotic Demolition - Indoors

When a Houston contractor began removing a 15'x42' wooden stage at private school in The Woodlands, Texas, workers discovered that the wooden structure was merely a façade concealing a concrete slab. Aggregate Technologies was quickly brought in to handle the task.

The ATI team used Brokk robotic hammers to remove the entire slab as well as a 16"x15" concrete skirt around the perimeter of the slab. To reduce disruptions to the rest of the building, ATI access was limited to a standard-sized entry door. In addition, only electric Brokk tools were used, in order to avoid indoor exhaust emissions.

Despite these logistical constraints, ATI demolished the slab and removed all materials in only a day and a half – allowing the contractor to resume renovation work after only a brief delay.

ATI has the latest technology and ability to complete unique jobs quickly and with minimal disruption.
