ATI Pile Cutting System

Aggregate technologies Inc. is firm in our belief that we must change as technology advances. Challenges presented today must be met and accomplished today. ATI understands the need for faster, safer and time saving methods. Pile cutting has been one of the most constant procedures performed in our field. Traditional methods require several machines and operators to perform the simple task of holding, cutting and removing concrete piles. Our staff realized that there had to be a more efficient method that not only performed the needed task but also cut completion times in half.

The ATI cutting system performs the work of three machines! It holds the concrete in place cuts at any angle and safely removes the detached pieces. The saw is attached to a radial arm that can rotate 360 degrees to precisely cut any angle. This new machine not only cuts piles faster than traditional methods but it also performs the work safer. The operator is removed from the cutting location and is protected by the cab of the gradall machine. This limits the amount of flying debris accidents, removes the chance of operator injury from handling equipment and reduces accidents and/or mishaps. Remember, SAFETY ALWAYS!

ATI Core Drill Machine

Designed and patented by Aggregate Technologies, our core-drilling machine can perform the complete operation. It can be driven over the work area, core the hole, remove the bit and pull the core... thus using fewer man-hours to complete your job.

The operation is safer than conventional machines. Due to the hydraulics design, operators do not stand near the drill bit or manually assist it. All operations are done from a control panel. Bit life and speed are thus increased and due to the design of the machine, a hole of any size can be drilled.
